A Great Shortage is coming! Yes, it will involve food – but also so much more. The Economist Magazine weighed in on the food-phase of the coming shortage.
- The UN warned of a “global food shortage” that could last years.
- Food inflation means 1.6 billion living with food insecurity.
- 250 million “on the brink of famine.”[i]
- 2 million shipping containers sitting off the ports unable to be unloaded.
- 80% to 90% of America’s pharmaceuticals & components come from China: Unable to be shipped.
- Diesel Shortage: High prices & shortages threatening all shipping. One trucking broker: 2,200 loads & only 56 trucks available.
- Diesel locomotives: One yard needs 63,600 gallons to fuel 12 trains per night.
One day: No delivery trucks arrived.[ii]
Taken together this signals an EVERYTHING SHORTAGE….Coming SOON
