WEATHER WARFARE

Normally, an article like this gets you moved to the Kook Category.  But attempts at weather modification has been going on for decades.  There exists today, a multi-billion-dollar weather modification industry.  That doesn’t exist if it is a fiction or unachievable.  Here’s a bit of a timeline of some weather modification highlights of the last 80 years. 

• 1947 – Project Cirrus, First Hurricane Cloud Seeding Experiment
• 1952-54 – The US Navy’s Project SCUD, Hurricane Modification
• 1961-69 – Meteotron Jet Engines Create Clouds and Tornadoes
• 1963 – Present – Plasma Seeding and Magnetospheric Modification Begins!
• 1967 – 72 – Operation Popeye etc – Weather Control Over Viet Nam
• 1972 – Weather Modification Reporting Act –[They wouldn’t need to report on what wasn’t happening!]
• 1986 – Russian Cloud Seeding Prevents Chernobyl’s Radioactive Rains Reaching Moscow
• 1995-96 – [Air Force Document] – Weather as a Force Multiplier: Owning the Weather in 2025
• 1997 – Secretary of Defense William Cohen on Eco-Terrorism with Electromagnetic Waves
• 1999 – [In Alaska] The High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) is Operational
• 2008 – Department of Homeland Security Hurricane Modification Workshop Report
• 2008 – Present – Laser Guided Lightning Rods – [Revelation 13:13 says of the False Prophet: “He performs great signs, so that he even makes fire come down out of the sky to the earth in the presence of people.” (NASB)….Just saying….]
• 2010 – Stratospheric Particle Injection for Climate Engineering (SPICE)
• 2015 – CIA Concerned Rogue Geoengineering is Undetectable![i]

You get the idea.  Weather modification is real.  And the potential of using it for nefarious military purposes is built into the technology.  Listen to the words of then Vice President Lydon Johnson from a speech he gave at Southwest Texas State University.  “It lays the predicate and foundation for the development of a weather satellite that will permit man to determine the world’s cloud layer and ultimately to control the weather; and he who controls the weather will control the world.”[ii]

C’mon, Is The Government Really Involved?

I mean, this sounds really crazy, tin foil hat stuff.  But as we have seen, there is a long official history of weather manipulation.  Let’s look at some of the offerings on the US government’s NOAA website.  NOAA stands for National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.  They are a regulatory agency in charge of monitoring the oceans and the atmosphere.  They have a very informative and  interesting page that informs the public of what weather modification activities must be reported.  Now, let’s look at this logically.  If they are telling us that some activities need to be regulated – we can deduce from that that such activities are possible.  Here is the heading of that page of their website.

And here is a screenshot of the listing of the regulated activities.

You’ll notice that they are talking about seeding clouds, messing with solar radiation, putting electrically charged or radioactive particles into the atmosphere, using sonic energy or using lasers or electromagnetic radiation.  These are all possible methods of modifying weather or climate.  This is all real – patented technologies.  So, when they tell you they cannot influence the weather….They are lying!

Eleven Years Ago It Was a Mainstream Story On CBS

On September 25, 2013, Michio Kaku, a physics professor at City College of New York appeared on CBS This Morning with Charlie Rose and Norah O’Donnel.  The theme of the piece was how lasers could one day be used to manipulate rain and lightning.  Professor Kaku talked about firing trillion-watt lasers into the sky to bring down lightning bolts.  “When you have water vaper and you have dust particles, or ice crystals, you can precipitate rain that condenses around the seeds.  These seeds can also be created by laser beams.  By firing trillion-watt lasers, you rip apart the electrons creating what are called ions, and these ions act like seeds, like dust particles, bringing down rain and even lightening.  Even in the 60s, CIA used this to bring down monsoons during the Viet Nam War, to wash out the Viet Cong.”  The evidence continues to build.

This Stuff Is Real!

Don’t let anyone tell you weather modification isn’t going on.  In fact, it is big business.  You can go to Climate Viewer News and see a listing of over 200 Weather Modification and Geoengineering patents.  That list is current to 2014.  So, I’m sure that that there were many more added in the last ten years.[iii]  Here’s just one example.

“This patent describes a scientific explanation for what causes lightning and thunder and how to replicate it using high-frequency soundwaves such as radar and microwaves. The uses for this are mainly in military weaponry and weather modification.”[iv]

So, Has It Been Weaponized?

Dane Wiggington, climate researcher and founder of Geoengineering Watch believes it has been.  Hurricane Ida had just struck Louisiana at the end of August 2021.  On September 3 of that year, explained what had happened.

• Hurricanes are being heavily seeded with electrically charged elements
• ‘So, powerful microwave frequency transmissions manipulates the storms by repelling them away from the microwave transmission sites.’ We’re talking about land-based sites and “sea-based SBX microwave platforms.”
• Wiggington tracked the microwave transmissions and published the evidence.
• “As Hurricane Ida reached landfall, the storm was first stalled by land-based microwave transmission facilities. That slowed Ida’s inland advance.  Then it was continuously steered by the extensive network of microwave transmission sites.”
• The US began hurricane steering operations in 1947 with Project Cirrus. During Viet Nam, the US military flooded any territory they wanted to.  “It’s not theory.  It’s historical record.”[v]

What About Helene

It’s hard to even get your head around the question.  Did someone in the Pentagon or the Department of Energy or whatever bureaucracy decide to target American citizens?  Here’s Wiggington again from October 7, 2024.  He’s being interviewed by Col Douglas MacGregor on his podcast, Our Country Our Choice.

• He starts out by calling it, “All out weather warfare.”
• “The cyclones are kept weakened over water with manipulation of atmospheric pressure zones. And once they are near enough to the land-based networks of frequency transmitters, the NEXRAD Network, they are steered.”
• Wiggington recorded the animation of the frequency transmissions. I am including a link to the video documenting the transmission facilities at work.  Go to about the 1:45 mark.  It looks like hundreds of these are transmitting placed all-across the eastern half of the country.
• They are effective “on repelling air masses especially if they have been seeded with electrically conductive nanoparticles. The brighter the blue flash from a frequency transmission installation, the more pronounced and powerful the effect on any air mass or storm in the vicinity will be.  Where there are no blue flashes, there is no transmission, thus no repelling effect, thus no resistance for a migrating storm.  Translation: A migrating storm will be hindered from moving toward frequency transmissions and will easily migrate in a direction with no transmissions.”

• 

  “Bottom line, it was directed there…..These are patented technologies.” There are companies making big money producing these technologies.  Raytheon and Lockheed Martin are involved.

• Col MacGregor asks: Why Asheville, why that particular path? Wiggington draws a contrast.  “Any rotation in the Gulf of Mexico that would threaten the oil platforms are quickly broken up.”
• He tells us, adversarial nations are cooperating in weather manipulation. “The entire weather system has been derailed.  No weather cataclysm then can be said to be natural.”
• Dane Wiggington described an hour-long meeting with lawmakers from the Carolinas. They realize now that “this was not a natural event.  They are trying to digest the fact that their states were literally under assault from weather modification operations, that are clearly connected with DoD operations….The fact that the storm was manipulated is absolutely inarguable.”
• We know the technology to stop these rotations from even occurring has existed for decades with the manipulation of atmospheric pressure zones. HAARP in Alaska, is one example that many people are familiar with.  That’s an ionosphere heater.  That’s a weapon of mass destruction…..It can cause an electrical chain reaction in the ionosphere which heats it to extraordinarily high temperatures which causes the atmosphere to bulge up and down.  The downward push creates a high-pressure dome that can steer the jet stream and the same type of manipulation can create low pressure zones.  When they have this type of power over the climate system they can make or break these storms any time they want.”[vi]

Confirmation From Another Source

An anonymous meteorologist spoke to State of the Nation.  “There are now several means by which a superstorm like Hurricane Helene can be created from scratch, steered and intensified by the weather warriors. In addition to the previously mentioned, the geoengineers are also routinely utilizing sophisticated techniques such as Cloud Ionization, Electric Rainmaking and Laser-guided Weather Modification. Satellite-based Lasers are becoming more prevalent in space just as Ionospheric Heaters are on the ground such as the facility in Puerto Rico which is quite similar to HAARP in Alaska.”[vii]

The Globalists At War With America?

It begs the question: Are elements in our government at war with the American people?  And to what purpose? That is the tin foil hat ‘this guy is a flaming kook’ question.  Now, we can know that Hurricane Helene hit the most conservative parts of the states it struck.  In many areas, it is being reported that those counties will not be able to vote effectively.  Surely that is just a coincidence…..Right?  SOTN believes that this latest hurricane, Milton, has been weaponized to steal the presidential election in Florida and punish the conservatives and Christians that live there.

They write that the purpose of the storm- which they fully believe is manufactured – it to “steal the POTUS election in Florida by manufacturing so much crippling chaos and confusion statewide that the largest blue voting districts can perpetrate massive voting fraud and get away with it.  These devastating superstorms always adversely impact the election infrastructure in destroyed voting precincts (particularly in RED counties), as well as profoundly disrupt the electoral process between now and Election Day thereby disenfranchising many GOP voters.”[viii]   True or not, it is an accurate characterization of the reality on the ground.  In addition, it is true that Helene did most of its’ damage in the Red areas of the Carolinas and Tennessee.

Targeting Florida can also be seen as a slap at Governor DeSantis and  his resistance to the New World Order agenda.  He has taken a strong stand against Transgenderism and Dr Ladapo, his Surgeon General, “has all but banned the Covid ‘vaccines’ in Florida even calling them dangerous bioweapons.”

Do you find it hard to believe that the Globalists would target Americans for political aims.  Just listen to the words of David Axelrod, one-time White House advisor and chief architect of the campaigns of Barack Obama.  Axelrod characterized the Democrats from flood-ravaged Asheville as “upscale liberal voters, and they’re probably going to figure out a way to vote. I’m not sure a bunch of these folks who had their homes and lives destroyed elsewhere, in western North Carolina, in the mountains, there are going to be as easy to wrangle for the Trump campaign.”[ix]  So, for him and his “upscale liberal” buddies, the flooding was a big win!

Bottom Line: Weather modification is real!  And there are strong indications that a form of Weather Warfare is being waged against segments of the American People.  The Globalists are desperate.  They are proving, once again, that they will do anything to prevent the election of Donald Trump.
