Cook County Commissioner Richard Boykin has requested UN Peacekeeping Forces for Chicago to deal with the gun violence there. He was traveling to New York to meet with the UNAssistant Secretary-General for Peacekeeping Support. Any such move would be without authority and illegal, not to mention unconstitutional.
