The Saudi’s have announced OPEC will cut oil production by 2 million barrels a day beginning in November. Gas prices, already up 60 cents a gallon in some states are expected to rise as much as another 30 cents. So, Biden ignored the US oil industry and made a deal with the Commies in Venezuela.
