There have been a couple of notable anomalies regarding Islam & the Palestinian cause in particular with regard to their relationship with the West. Take what followed after 911. Planes are flown into buildings killing 2,996 people, the ostensible result of a plot by Islamic Fundamentalists. There is war on terror conducted primarily against Afghanistan and Iraq. The death tolls there are huge. Meanwhile, back home, millions more Muslims came into the country. They have formed their own communities. In some areas Sharia is the de-facto ‘law of the land.’ They have formed political alliances that advance their own cause. It is generally somehow accepted.
Then look at October 7. Approximately 3,800 members of Hamas’s elite Nukhba force took place accompanied by as many as 2,200 Gazan civilians.[i] [The entire Arab Street seemed to revel in the parading and torture of the hostages.] Over 1,200 Israelis were killed. Over 250 taken hostage. Couples were forced to watch the torture of their children. In one case, babies were baked alive. There were rapes and genital mutilations. The sympathy for Israelis being the victim lasted less than a month. Within weeks it was Israel that was deemed the oppressor.
The Israeli government waited about three weeks while they called for the release of the hostages. It was only then the IDF began to go in. Hamas had buried themselves and the hostages in a labyrinth of tunnels whose entrances and chambers were found in hospitals, mosques and schools. This is a tried and true tactic of the radical Islamists. Thousands of civilians are killed during the IDF assaults….all neatly arranged by the leaders of Hamas. Israel’s response, not the original attack became the focus.
With regard to the struggle in the Middle East, the global media has generally painted Israel as being the aggressor. Israel, a rogue state, is portrayed as attempting to seize land that rightfully belongs to the Palestinians. The Israelis have illegally occupied the land. Now, they are being accused of ethnic cleansing or even genocide. This runs in the face of several historical facts. Ancient Israel has had a presence in the Holy Land about 1,400 years before the birth of Christ. Islam conquered Jerusalem in 638 AD, over 1,000 years after the Jews. By their own admission, the ‘Palestinian People’ were an invention of the Arabs in the 1960s, for political purposes. There were no Palestinian people when the territory was controlled by Jordan [Trans-Jordan], Syria and Egypt. In fact, there were no Palestinian People – ever in the course of history. The leaders of this new movement admitted as much on Dutch TV, declaring this people to be indistinguishable from the Arabs of neighboring Jordan. According to the League of Nation’s plan for the Middle East, Judea & Samaria – The West Bank – was to be part of Israel.[ii] More important than all of this, the Land in question had been assigned to the Jewish nation by the God of the Bible. [I know there are those that question all of this. We’ve addressed it in the past and will be dealing with that question in scriptural detail in a soon-coming series.]
We watched American campuses explode in pro-Palestinian violence and the targeting of Jews. It is part of that strange anomaly displayed in the West. Jews get gunned-down on an Australian beach and the Prime Minister calls for more gun control. In multiple European countries Islamic refugees engage in a heightened number of rapes and sexual assaults. Little is done. Victims are blamed. Many perpetrators receive a slap on the hand. Meanwhile, people pointing out that crimes were committed by Muslims often go to jail. Europe’s leaders give into the pressure from Islamic groups that are openly talking about ruling in Europe in as little as a few decades. Native Europeans are becoming an endangered species and barring a miracle, will be in the minority in the near future. America is not far behind. And both Europe and the US have brought this on themselves with their Open Borders immigration policies. The idea was to reshape the population. This is part of the Globalist Agenda. Creating a world without effective borders. Muslims will NOT assimilate.
They bring with them a culture that embraces Sharia Law, not just for Islamists – but for all citizens of the countries which they are invading. The Quran tells them it is their duty to impose their religion everywhere they plant their foot. And then to impose Sharia. Islamic Law comes with some shocking practices. Honor killings for instance. They are common in the Middle East. But there are recorded instances of them in Canada and the US. Often it is daughters being killed by their father and brothers for disobedience with regard to marriage. In the Middle East, the victims of this practice are often buried up to their necks and stoned to death. In other cases they are burned alive. “In June 2016, during Ramadan, ISIS mercenaries burned alive 19 Yazidi women for refusing to renounce their faith, rejecting polygamy and the degrading conditions of this life, and refusing to fast. ISIS militants first paraded the women through the streets of Mosul before burning them alive in iron cages in front of hundreds of civilians.”[iii] [They had refused to be sex slaves to their Islamic masters.] Surveys show that support for Sharia is widespread among the population. A Pew Research poll of over 38,000 “indicates that Muslim support for implementation of Sharia as national law is highest in Afghanistan, at 99 percent support, in Iraq, at 91 percent, and in the Palestinian territories, at 89 percent…. The poll found strong public support in many countries for stoning women to death as punishment for adultery, with 89 percent approval in Pakistan, 85 percent support in Afghanistan, 81 percent support in Egypt.”[iv]
Now, bring it right down to just Palestinians. Let’s understand the cause that so-many Left-leaning Americans support.
“46 percent of Palestinians support honor killings, wherein it is acceptable to execute a female member of one’s family if she has allegedly engaged in premarital sex or adultery.
81 percent of Palestinians favor stoning to death as punishment for adultery.
66 percent of Sharia-supportive Palestinians believe death is the appropriate punishment for leaving Islam and converting to another religion.”
A November 2023 study from the Arab World for Research and Development (AWRAD), found “75 percent of Palestinians in both Gaza and the West Bank support the October 7, 2023, massacre. Another 11 percent of Palestinians are indifferent to what occurred.”[v] And we are to embrace all of this in the name of some virtue. Jesus warned: “Indeed, the hour is coming when whoever kills you will think he is offering service to God.” (John 16:2) (ESV)
It is interesting in all of this that Israel is singled out by the world community as the most egregiously sinning nation. Nigeria saw 7,000 Christians killed in just the first six-months of 2025 – and tens of thousands over the last decade. But there is no moral outrage there.[vi] 100,000 Armenian Christians are cleansed from Azerbaijan. And there is silence. Victor Davis Hanson put it into perspective. “The ethnic cleansing of Greeks in northern Cyprus by the Turkish regime, the displacement of 100,000 Armenian Christians, the mass murder of Christians in Nigeria, and the activities of ISIS and Boko Haram are all uninteresting causes to those obsessed with focusing on criticizing Israel.”[vii]
When considering Israel and the Palestinians, take this into account. Hamas had been launching rocket attacks against Israeli civilians for years before October 7th. Before that there were the knife attacks of the Intifada. There were similar rocket and missile attacks by Hezbollah out of Lebanon, until the IDF took care of that. Add in Syria and the West Bank and terror groups launching from Iraq. Thern there is the whole Houthi thing. This is not isolated to Israel vs Palestinians. This is a major portion of the entire Arab world totaling perhaps 330 million people versus a nation of 7 million fighting for its survival.
I have written what I have written, not to make a justification as to whose land it is. We’ve told that story many times before. The Jews were there centuries before Islam even existed. The Arabs occupied the land they did solely through conquest – resulting in the Crusades. I write this simply to point to the character of the people being championed by globalist forces. Through all of its’ history – and aware of what it brings to the table – this is what we in the West continue to welcome to our nations.
Islam is incompatible with Western values. It is certainly incompatible with Christianity. So, it is Islam that is being used by the Globalists to corrupt the genetic make-up and Western Culture. They are not using Islam alone. Blatant wokery and the corruption of Western values from within are playing a big part in this societal destruction. Together, they are opening the way to a society that will be able to be completely restructured and controlled from above. As the Globalists know well: A culture must be destroyed before it can be rebuilt. And what better way than from within.
