The US government said it was Russian disinformation. USA Today & Snopes called it Russian disinformation – But it turns out to be true
We ran a story last week that was generally attacked as being a conspiracy fantasy. USA Today called it a “Russian disinformation campaign.” The ‘fact checkers’ at Snopes told us it is a “fact that the US did not install and does not operate biolabs in Ukraine.” So, we started asking ourselves if we were wrong. We had reported that the US Embassy actually acknowledged that the Pentagon had built and essentially controlled bio-labs in Ukraine, under something called the Pentagon’s Biological Threat Reduction Program. We noted that the US had always refused to allow those labs to be inspected. We talked about how Russian airstrikes were generally concentrated on the cities where the labs were located. Though we later found the Russians seemed careful not to target the labs themselves. It was discovered that the American Embassy in Kiev took down “all their Ukraine Bioweapon lab documents from their website.” They are however archived on the internet. All that information was out there, but the government & Snopes & USA Today continued to paint it as a conspiracy theory. And none of the mainstream media was reporting on what would be a massive story. Then, at a Senate hearing, the truth came out.
US Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs Victoria Nuland was testifying before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee when Senator Marco Rubio asked her: “Does Ukraine have chemical or biological weapons?” This was her answer. “Ukraine has biological research facilities, which, in fact, we are now quite concerned Russian troops, Russian forces, may be seeking to gain control of. So, we are working with the Ukrainians on how they can prevent any of those research materials from falling into the hands of Russian forces should they approach.” Bingo, Bango, Bongo! There you have it….the smoking gun! Senator Rubio immediately tried to cover for the damage done.
SEN. MARCO RUBIO: “If there is a biological or chemical weapon incident or… attack inside of Ukraine, is there any doubt in your mind that 100%, it would be the Russians that would be behind it?”
VICTORIA NULAND: “There is no doubt in my mind, senator, and it is classic Russian technique to blame on the other guy what they’re planning to do themselves.”
FOX News Tucker Carlson pointed out: “In 2014, Toria Nuland engineered a coup in Ukraine in the name of democracy, of course. So, she is a highly informed source about Ukraine.”
There is more evidence that was found. On the US Defense Department website there is a video that trumpeted “the opening of the Interim Central Reference Laboratory in Odessa, Ukraine, this week, announcing that it will be instrumental in researching dangerous pathogens used by bioterrorists. The level-3 bio-safety lab will be used to study anthrax, tularemia and Q Fever, as well as other dangerous pathogens.” A 2011 report from the National Academy of Sciences explains that the Odessa laboratory “is responsible for the identification of especially dangerous biological pathogens.” Tucker Carlson points to the obvious conclusion. “We are funding the creation of deadly pathogens so we can study them and prevent people from getting infected with them. Maybe?” Carlson goes on. “The U.S. Embassy in Ukraine has a handy web page explaining that American and Ukrainian scientists have worked on a whole bunch of different experiments like this. Some of the projects include work on African swine fever virus, hemorrhagic fever virus, and various respiratory viruses. The interesting thing, the telling thing, is that the U.S. Embassy’s website also contains links to fact sheets about America’s support for biological research in Ukraine, but all those links are now dead.” Finally, he asks: “If these are purely defensive labs, why was Toria Nuland so concerned that Russians would get ahold of the materials from these facilities?”[i] [ii]
Now it turns out that there is yet more to this story. Following these revelations, and in spite of the evidence, the bought and paid for mainstream press as well as the regime pushed back on the narrative, claiming no such bio-labs existed. Then came this, as reported in the Gateway Pundit, “Hunter Biden’s firm Rosemont Seneca provided capital for the firms behind the creation of Biolabs in Ukraine.” “Why the sudden confusing messaging from the Biden gang? Especially when there are documents that prove the US was funding several of the Biolabs they set up in Ukraine to study potentially dangerous pathogens. It may be because Hunter Biden’s firm Rosemont Seneca was funding the firms involved in the building of these labs in Ukraine and they felt this was not something they wanted the American people to know….The Gateway Pundit identified through the Wayback Machine that Rosemont Seneca provided capital (invested in) Metabiota as noted on the firm’s website back in 2014.”[iii]
