First some review. Back in October of 2024 we ran a two part series on WEATHER WARFARE. Of course, it drew pushback. To many people that is still a novel idea. But the world’s governments take it very seriously. There are international treaties governing its’ use – (generally ignored) – and hundreds of weather modification patents. A website called Climate Viewer News posts a listing of over 200 Weather Modification and Geoengineering patents. That list is current to 2014. [i] Here’s are links to the articles in the series. The US government started working on weather modification right after World War II. In 1962, then Vice President Lydon Johnson talked in a speech about developing a satellite that could control the weather. Here are some of the highlights of the last 80 years.
- 1947 – Project Cirrus, First Hurricane Cloud Seeding Experiment
- 1963 – Present – Plasma Seeding and Magnetospheric Modification Begins!
- 1967 – 72 – Operation Popeye etc – Weather Control Over Viet Nam
- 1972 – Weather Modification Reporting Act –[They wouldn’t need to report on what wasn’t happening!]
1986 – Russian Cloud Seeding Prevents Chernobyl’s Radioactive Rains Reaching Moscow- 1995-96 – [Air Force Document] – Weather as a Force Multiplier: Owning the Weather in 2025
- 1997 – Secretary of Defense William Cohen on Eco-Terrorism with Electromagnetic Waves
- 1999 – [In Alaska] The High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) is Operational
- At one point, the Director of the HAARP program came on the Alex Jones program and said, yeah, we can control the weather – but don’t worry about it. We only use it for good purposes.
- 2010 – Stratospheric Particle Injection for Climate Engineering (SPICE)
- 2015 – CIA Concerned Rogue Geoengineering is Undetectable![ii] [iii]
Well, that’s some of the stuff we reported on back then. Now, for some of the latest developments. Dane Wigington of Geoengineeringwatch.org is among the foremost experts on weather modification techniques. He believes that right now, the country is going through an “engineered flash freeze.” But it gets worse. He is now warning of the capability the globalists have, to seed clouds to carry dangerous pathogens such as Marburg or Ebola. Marburg Bat Virus has up to an 88% fatality rate.[iv]
Wigington goes on to point out that hundreds of biolabs around the world are working for Globalist Networks “that have already stated their goal of culling populations down to a small fraction of what they are now, something in the range of 500 million. What happens to those other 7.5 billion?” He talks of “weather warfare and quiet dispersions, aka, silent weapons for quiet war.” Then he points to pathogens that “are spread via arial dispersion. “Polymer fibers and graphene have long since shown up in precipitation tests over the continental US. Both elements are used as biological carrier platforms, militarily speaking….Platforms to carry a pathogen from the clouds to the ground are in our rain and breathable air column right now.’ Wiggington goes on to reference Dr Ken Caldeira, who he calls, “the second most recognized climate engineer,” in the world. “Caldeira “stated in his own words, one of his tasks for the US Department of Defense, was to design methods of spraying pathogens into clouds to infect the population below.” That’s a crazy charge!. So, I looked it up and found a recording of Dr Caldeira admitting to his former work for the government. I’ve transcribed a portion of his statement below.
“I used to work at Lawrence Livermore Lab where we all participated in a meeting. Where we sat around the room thinking of ways to manipulate geophysical systems to use it as a weapon. That means could you somehow interfere with the earth’s functioning in a way that you could use it as a military weapon. Could you change climate, what could you do to manipulate the earth’s physical system. Some of the ideas were, could we blow up hydrogen bombs underwater or offshore to make a tidal wave that would go over a city. The result was, isn’t it easier to drop the hydrogen bomb on the city? Now, you could imagine putting pathogens in a cloud. Let the cloud go over somewhere and rain down on your enemy, do chemical or germ warfare. That may work on something as big as the former Soviet Union.”[v]
Geoengineering Watch then references the “mysterious fog with [a] ‘chemical smell’, that many Americans are saying is making them sick just minutes after exposure.” This fog has been showing up since the beginning of the year, in at least 13 states, including Texas, Wisconsin, Virginia, and Florida among others.[vi] Dane Wigington explains the origin. The Super Fog is the result of unseasonably warm temperatures. Then add in chemical ice nucleation cloud seeding. This followed by “short-term, toxic surface cool-downs – aka – engineered winter the results certainly would augment Super Fog on steroids.” This is reminding some of an operation conducted by the Defense Department in 1950, called Operation Sea Spray. Here’s portions of the account found in the very mainstream publication, Smithsonian Magazine.
“Beginning on September 26, 1950, the crew of a U.S. Navy minesweeper ship spent six days spraying Serratia marcescens into the air about two miles off the northern California coast. The project was called ‘Operation Sea Spray,’ and its aim was to determine the susceptibility of a big city like San Francisco to a bioweapon attack by terrorists.” [The military claims they believed that what they sprayed could not harm human beings.]…. “11 local residents checked into a Stanford University Hospital complaining of urinary tract infections….. One patient, a man named Edward Nevin who was recovering from prostate surgery, died.” And there are charges that “the release forever changed the area’s microbial ecology.” But here’s the real kicker. The Smithsonian article stated: “This was one of hundreds of bioweapon simulations carried out in the 1950s and 1960s.”[vii] So, if you think your government is incapable of such actions, you would be wrong!
In this current release, Geoengineering Watch has detected large amounts of UFPs. They are formed by “dynamic processes such as coagulation, condensation, and nucleation.” And they contain “potentially toxic elements, nitrates, sulphates, and trace metals,” that are “easily transported through the respiratory system.” They can lead to “genotoxicity, neurotoxicity, cardiovascular diseases, and cancer.”[viii]
Wigington: UFPs are the “primary element in climate engineering patents.” On a global scale, “40 to 60 million tons of climate engineering chemicals are being disbursed on an annual basis.” A study by McGill University in Montreal, found that UFPs contribute to 1,000 deaths annually in Montreal and Toronto alone. Purposefully or just a by-product, there is a deadly payload being prepared for the human race being prepared through processes of “chemical ice nucleation cloud seeding and engineered flash freezes.” Wigington, essentially warns that the clouds could be seeded with deadly pathogens. And we know the Globalists intentions. They’ve told us openly that they want a severely reduced population.[ix] Looks like Weather Warfare to me!
