HOW FAR WE’VE FALLEN

I can scarcely describe some of the events that are occurring right now.  There is the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade.  We’ll get to that shortly.  But here is something that makes that abomination pale in significance.  Cosmopolitan Magazine has just published the instruction on how to perform a ‘Satanic Abortion Ritual.’  Those instructions came in a report on a legitimate medical facility called, Samuel Alito’s Mom’s Satanic [Abortion] Clinic.  [Yeah, that’s real.]  By the way, the staff there just happen to be “Satanists, members of a religious organization called The Satanic Temple.”  Here’s a portion of what they published.

“First, you find a quiet space. Bring a mirror if you can. Just before taking the medication, gaze at your reflection and focus on your personhood. Home in on your intent, your responsibility to you. Take a few deep, relaxing breaths. When you’re ready, read the following tenet aloud: One’s body is inviolable, subject to one’s own will alone,” Cosmo reports.  Take the medication and immediately afterward, recite, Beliefs should conform to one’s best scientific understanding of the world. One should take care never to distort scientific facts to fit one’s beliefs.  Later, once your body expels the aborted tissue, return to your reflection. Focus again on your personhood, your power in making this decision. Complete the ritual by reciting a personal affirmation: By my body, my blood; by my will, it is done.”  Look closely and you can see an inverted cross on the top of each image published Cosmo.[i]

So, let’s get to this Macy’s Parade stuff.  This was American.  This was the wholesome celebration of one of America’s favorite holidays.  Macy’s has decided that it would be a really neat thing to feature LGBT & non-binary performances in their parade, which has traditionally been geared toward children.  The American Family   Association’s One Million Moms organization has quickly put together 17,000 signatures against the inclusion of those acts.  Many others have threatened to boycott both the parade and the store.  Of course, this is having no effect.
