[EDITOR’S NOTE: We are in the early stages of the release of the JFK Assassination files.  It is too early to come to firm and final conclusions.  But we’ll look at what has been released thus far, both in the past and now and let you  know what we’ve found.]

• Special Advisor to the President, Arthur Schlessinger wrote a 15 page memo to JFK advising him to disband the CIA, calling them a “state within a state.” It is widely believed Kennedy was considering doing just that.
• “Cuban diplomats initially assumed the CIA killed JFK in order to get revenge on the botched Bay of Pigs invasion.”
• Found: A document where FBI Director J Edgar Hoover denied that Oswald was an agency asset.
• Found: (Per Roger Stone) A 1099 documenting payment to Oswald from the CIA.
• “IMMEDIATELY AFTER JFK WAS MURDERED, HIS LIMOUSINE WAS FLOWN TO D.C. AND STORED IN THE WHITE HOUSE GARAGE. INSTEAD OF BEING PRESERVED AS A CRIME SCENE, THE LIMO WAS THOROUGHLY CLEANED AND THE INTERIOR WAS REUPHOLSTERED, EFFECTIVELY DESTROYING FORENSIC EVIDENCE.”
• Document showing that in August of 1963, Russia had passed on information through the American Embassy in Bulgaria, warning that Lee Harvey Oswald would “kill Kennedy.”  The document also said that Oswald would be killed after killing the President.  They also passed on that Martin Luther King would also be killed by “a man who is in prison at this time.”
• Oswald visited Mexico City just months before Kennedy’s murder. “Oswald visited the Soviet embassy in Mexico, looking for a visa, and his request was handled by a loose-cannon USSR intelligence officer.  Oswald was presumably looking for a visa to flee to the USSR after the upcoming assassination.  There is evidence to suggest that Oswald was working with not just the CIA, but foreign intelligence assets as well, to include the USSR and Cuba.”
• Memo from J Edgar Hoover to President Lyndon Johnson: ““The KGB had conducted their own independent investigation into the Kennedy assassination and determined that Johnson was the perp.”
• The story of Gary Underhill. He had worked in military intelligence during World War II and did “special assignments” for the CIA after the War.  There is a memo published in Ramparts dated June 1967 that tells what happened.  The day after the assassination, Underhill visited the home of Charlene Fitsimmons.  He suggested that Oswald was set up as aa “patsy.”  When he arrived at the home, “he was very agitated.”  He said, “A small clique within the CIA was responsible for the assassination.”  “Underhill also claimed to have insider knowledge of the perpetrators, linking their actions to failed plots against Fidel Castro.” “He was afraid for his life and probably would have to leave the country.  Less than six months later, Underhill was found shot to death in his Washington apartment.  The coroner ruled it a suicide.”[i] [ii] [iii] [iv] [v]

WE DON’T KNOW WHO DID IT.  BUT WE SURE KNOW WE’VE BEEN LIED TO!
