ISRAEL v IRAN: IT PROBABLY AIN’T OVER – A ceasefire may be in place but the regime in Tehran is not giving up. “Despite the ceasefire between Israel and Iran, it seems like Iran is preparing to hit back hard. According to the reports, Iran is seeking help from China is reportedly set to buy China’s J-10C fighter jets after its air force was left grounded during Israeli and American airstrikes.[i] Meanwhile, some Israel supporters in Congress have a plan to ensure that countries security without direct US involvement. “US lawmakers have proposed that US President Donald Trump be authorised to transfer B-2 stealth bombers and 30,000-pound “bunker buster” bombs to Israel if Iran is found to still be developing a nuclear weapons.”[ii]
CHANGING ATTITUDES – Sometimes it is hard to fathom just how far American attitudes have changed over even the last decade or so. Gay Marriage is a ‘thing’ supported by the majority of Americans. It went for millennia being taboo – and then it just flipped. Then there’s the whole boys can be girls and girls can be boys thing. Where did that come from? It is illogical and against the science….but still there is a significant….or at least very vocal minority that supports that nonsense. And then there is the Democrat Party. My how that has changed.
This is no longer the party of JFK. It is not, for the most part, a patriotic organization in the way it once was. When polled, only 36% of Democrats say they are proud to be American. [Of course, it is a political thing, the result of Trump Derangement Syndrome.] And then there is the mayoral primary in New York City. New Yorkers chose Zohran Mamdani to be the Democratic candidate for that office. Democrats win. So, right now, he is in the drivers seat to become the Mayor of America’s largest city. He is a member of Democratic Socialists of America. His positions support a combination of Islamic and Woke causes. [A rather strange combination.] He has called for a Global Intifada and city-owned grocery stores that could undercut privately owned stores. These would “pay no rent or property taxes, buy and sell at wholesale prices from centralized warehouses and partner with local vendors.” He has advocated defunding the police. He has floated a proposal to tax the richer neighborhoods. [You want to create more wealth-flight out of the city, you have the formula.] But the city’s primary voters found it a good idea.
And then there is the attitude of Democrats toward Israel. Who does the party support. The Palestinians or Israelis, the victims of the barbaric October 7th attacks. In 2017, the Dems supported Israel by a margin of 13%. But that has flipped – and BIG! Members of the party now support the Palestinian cause by a whopping 43%. That’s a change of 56%. The now-socialist-leaning members of the party – the ones that are beginning to dominate – are even asserting that Israel has no right to exist. [Of course, God has other plans. In Amos 9:14-15, we read one of many promises to this affect. “‘Also I will restore the captivity of My people Israel, And they will rebuild the ruined cities and live in them; They will also plant vineyards and drink their wine, And make gardens and eat their fruit. I will also plant them on their land, And they will not again be rooted out from their land Which I have given them,’ Says the Lord your God.”] Some things are non-negotiable.
OBAMA ADMINSTRATION BEHIND THE TRUMP-RUSSIA HOAX It was the US Intel community that was behind the whole “Russia, Russia, Russia” smearing of Donald Trump regarding the 2016 election. I mean we knew this all along. And now, the CIA is officially admitting it. The New York Post broke the story. “The “Tradecraft Review of the 2016 Intelligence Community Assessment [ICA] on Russian Election Interference” was conducted by career professionals at the CIA’s Directorate of Analysis and was commissioned by CIA Director John Ratcliffe in May.” They concluded: “The Obama administration’s spy agencies’ assessment that Russia interfered in the 2016 presidential election to help Donald Trump was deliberately corrupted by then-CIA Director John Brennan, FBI Director James Comey and Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, who were ‘excessively involved’ in its drafting, and rushed its completion in a ‘chaotic,’ ‘atypical’ and ‘markedly unconventional’ process that raised questions of a ‘potential political motive.’”[iii] Zero Hedge: “On Dec. 6, 2016—just weeks after President Donald Trump’s election—then-outgoing President Barack Obama ordered the probe, concluding Vladimir Putin ‘aspired’ to sway the vote.”[iv] It turns out, the Kremlin was actually rooting for Hillary that year.
