“When He opened the third seal, I heard the third living creature say, ‘Come and see.’ So I looked, and behold, a black horse, and he who sat on it had a pair of scales in his hand. And I heard a voice in the midst of the four living creatures saying, ‘A quart of wheat for a denarius, and three quarts of barley for a denarius; and do not harm the oil and the wine.’” (Revelation 6:5-6)
We’ve all been seeing the signs: The empty shelves in the supermarkets, the unavailability of certain products, the food inflation. The reports are even more dire. It is interesting how this whole food shortage thing ‘came together.’ Back in July of 2020, The Rockefeller Foundation released a document called, “Reset the Table: Meeting the Moment to Transform the U.S. Food System.” Seems they already had a plan in place to revolutionize global nutrition. How convenient for them that the Covid virus came along. The report addressed more than just food, taking in “living wages, housing and transportation.” “The document is very much framed in the Hegelian dialectic of problem, reaction, solution. Here is the problem that they have created (COVID) and now they want to implement the solution (Transforming the global food supply). Naturally this is all ties into lands being destroyed, climate change and trying to move people back into smart cities.” So, this was about not just food but the total transformation of societies. In addition, they want everything online so they can control the whole operation. The WEF chimed in, promoting “eating weeds and bugs and drinking reclaimed sewage.” The end goal of all of this is to “centralize control of the food supply into a single executive office, which is right in line with the idea of a ‘one world government.’”[i] And what better way to get there than to create in the populace a complete dependence on government for their very survival. Know this: Food shortages and energy shortages are on the way – all part of The New Green Deal.
First, we’ve got to understand that the climate crisis is indeed man-made. But it is not the result of pollution so much as climate engineering. Weather modification is a very real technology. Despite denials to the contrary, we know that meteorological manipulation is ‘a thing.’ China’s use of such technology is well documented. In 2018, Newsweek routinely reported that “China is developing a powerful weather-modification network—that’s more than twice the size of Texas—to bring much-needed rain to the Tibetan Plateau.” It then went on to describe the workings of the technology.[ii] China’s has been working on influencing the weather since 1958 and used the technology to control conditions during the Beijing Olympics. The US used it as a military weapon during the Viet Nam War.[iii] And of course, there is the HAARP program which stands for High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program. Professor Michel Chossudovsky describes it as “an appendage of the Strategic Defense Initiative – ‘Star Wars’. From a military standpoint, HAARP –which was officially abolished in 2014– is a weapon of mass destruction, operating from the outer atmosphere and capable of destabilising agricultural and ecological systems around the world.” From its array of antennas in Alaska, it operated as a giant weather modification experiment / factory. Dr Rosalie Bertell described its character and purpose. “It is related to fifty years of intensive and increasingly destructive programs to understand and control the upper atmosphere. … HAARP is an integral part of a long history of space research and development of a deliberate military nature. The military implications of combining these projects is alarming. … The ability of the HAARP / Spacelab/ rocket combination to deliver very large amounts of energy, comparable to a nuclear bomb, anywhere on earth via laser and particle beams, are frightening.” Writing some years ago, Bertell predicted that it would be sold to the public as a defensive weapon, “a space shield against incoming” missiles.[iv]
Since at least 1996, the US Air Force has been pursuing the strategic use of weather modification as an offensive and defensive weapon of war. It was that year that a report was published entitled: Weather as a Force Multiplier: Owning the Weather in 2025. The abstract of the report began this way: “In 2025, US aerospace forces can ‘own the weather’ by capitalizing on emerging technologies and focusing development of those technologies to war fighting applications. Such a capability offers the war fighter tools to shape the battlespace in ways never before possible. It provides opportunities to impact operations across the full spectrum of conflict and is pertinent to all possible futures. The purpose of this paper is to outline a strategy for the use of a future weather modification system to achieve military objectives.”[v]
It all fits the theme of the planned future. Total control by The Powers That Be. Our minds, our actions, our brains, our thoughts, our movements, our finances, our weather….everything!
Enter Dane Wigington, a very controversial figure. Many call him a ‘conspiracy theorist.’ His online bio explains that Wigington began “full time investigation of the geoengineering / solar radiation management issue when he began to lose very significant amounts of solar uptake due to ever-increasing solar obscuration / global dimming.” He attributed this to “highly visible and ongoing jet aircraft spraying / aerosol dispersions. Dane also noted a significant and accelerating decline in overall forest health along with rapidly increasing UV radiation levels.” He has been a researcher and crusader for the cause ever since. He is the founder of GeoengineeringWatch.org.[vi] For the record, many scientists disagree with his chemtrail theories. His supporters include many other scientists who quietly signal their support, some citing their own evidence. That being said, Dane appeared on Greg Hunter’s USA Watchdog at the end of March, addressing the coming food shortages.
He called what is happening, an “assault against food production,” blaming the bulk of the crisis on climate engineering. At that time he said, “Based on the current rate of UV (ultraviolet) increase, it appears we may have a functional Ozone layer collapse in as little as 18 months. Nothing grows then. The heat in California is relentless, as well, because climate engineers are keeping a high pressure heat dome over the western U.S. For photosynthesis, as we approach 104 degrees, photosynthesis tapers off, and at 104 degrees, it stops completely. To blame the food shortages coming on the Russia/Ukraine scenario is to simply scapegoat it. . . . Climate engineering is the single biggest factor in the equation for the destruction of food production.” Wigington believes the situation is critical. “When the power structure cannot hide the severity of what is unfolding, you just can’t shut off this kind of thermal inertia. When they just can’t hide it and people panic, that’s when the law of the jungle will truly prevail. We are perilously close to that point.”[vii]
Bur the assault on the food supply does not end there. Here’s a headline that captures the situation. “BlackRock & Vanguard are Taking Over US Centralized Food Production to Control Food Supply.” “It turns out that BlackRock and Vanguard have been gradually gobbling up ownership of the means of production, and now intend to lord it over the masses by centralizing all food production technologies in the United States and enslaving everyone under their control. The top three shareholders of CD Industries Holdings, the world’s largest fertilizer company, include both BlackRock and Vanguard. BlackRock and Vanguard are also the top shareholders in Union Pacific, the railroad giant that moves fertilizer and other agriculture inputs all across the country.” That’s interesting because earlier this year, Union Pacific just drastically reduced the shipping of critical fertilizer deliveries to farmers, crippling Spring planting. One researcher asks, “What happens when they control all of the seeds, produce, and meat too? What happens when produce and meat are all grown inside secured facilities after a gene splice or inside a petri dish, and farmland becomes dormant due to overreaching regulations, lack of supplies, and manufactured inflation?” And that is what is happening as the two investment giants invest heavily in vertical and indoor farming. What could possibly be the reason? Ask Black Rock CEO Larry Fink. “It’s time to force people’s behavior to change.”[viii] And so it shall. The WEF has some ideas on how human behavior should change.
- Insect farming for food and animal feed could offer an environmentally friendly solution to the impending food crisis;
- A source of protein and fertilizer, emerging technologies could help bring insects back into the food system at scale.”

Reaping The Whirlwind
“They sow the wind, and reap the whirlwind. The stalk has no bud; It shall never produce meal. If it should produce, Aliens would swallow it up.” (Hosea 8:7) The war on food is producing results all around the world.
- BREITBART: “Crop losses of up to 50 per cent are now expected in parts of Germany due to drought…. prices of fuel, fertiliser, and pesticides connected to the green agenda and war in Ukraine also reportedly causing problems for those in the region…. lack of rainfall has led farmers to fear that the likes of maize, sugar beet, potato, and soybean crops could see losses of up to 50 per cent…. Italian Farmers Face Crisis As Ukraine War Sees Animal Feed, Fuel, Fertiliser Prices Surge.”[x] .
- NEWS-WAR: “Millions of people in the UK could end up being unable to pay for heating and food this winter, London Mayor Sadiq Khan warns.”[xi]
- DAILY MAIL: “Arizona and Nevada hit with up to 21% water cuts that start January 2023: Drying up Colorado River is draining Lake Mead and Lake Powell that are barely above one-quarter their capacity…. These reservoirs serve 40 million Americans.”[xii]
- ZERO HEDGE: “Farmers in Italy have lost up to 80% of their harvest” due to drought. Crops are failing in France at a similar rate.[xiii]
- THE GUARDIAN: “Mass crop failures expected in England…. Half of the potato crop is expected to fail as it cannot be irrigated”[xiv]
- THE WESTERN JOURNAL: “Near-Total Crop Losses Ravaging US Agriculture – SC Farmers Sound the Alarm….Utterly massive crop failures of peaches, watermelons and blueberries have devastated local growers, trickling down the economy to the restaurants, breweries, distillers and markets that depend on their produce.”[xv]
- BLOOMBERG: “Spaghetti Sauce Is Under Threat as Water Crisis Slams Tomatoes….worst drought in 1,200 years…. It’s real tough to grow a tomato crop right now. On one side you have the drought impacting costs because you don’t have enough water to grow all your acres, and then you have the farm inflation side of it with fuel and fertilizer costs shooting up.”[xvi]
- ZERO HEDGE: “Potato Shortage Emerges In Idaho As Prices Surge At Supermarkets.”[xvii]
- COM: “Germany — Farmers’ organization issues harvest warning…. Fertilizer prices are four times higher than they were a year ago. Energy prices are twilice as high. Feed prices have risen….if it does not rain thoroughly and soon, then we fear harvest yields could be reduced by as much as 30% or 40%…. France — Vast fire in the west, rivers and lakes run dry…. Hungary — Danube drying up, harvest to exacerbate inflation…. UK — Thames source experiencing unprecedented lack of wate’r.”[xviii]
GEOENGINEERING WATCH: CNN is reporting that farmers are destroying their own crops and selling off livestock. – [This should bring down the short-term price of meat after which we should see a precipitous rise in prices.] Dane Wigington reports that the Mega-Drought afflicting the western half of the country is being brought on by ‘climate operations [that] are cutting off precipitation from the US West.’ Wigington describes a convergence of many factors that is – and will be – affecting the food supply chain. We are seeing ‘record wild fires….ozone layer depletion….lethal UV radiation….animal and insect die-offs.’ Dane Wigington calls this “The Grand Finale!”[xix]- THE LOST SENSE: “Henry D Wilson reports that “Farmers are coming out saying they have been told to “quit farming,” are being forced to dump milk, and kill chickens, and turn vegetable crops under. Why? Isn’t it obvious? To scare the public into accepting dependency on the government so they will remain in a constant state of fear and enslavement.”[xx]
THE BOTTOM LINE
So, here it is in a nutshell: We ain’t seen nothing yet! Yes, we’ve had some inflation & some shortages. But the crop failures won’t hit until the Fall…until the harvests come in. That’s when we’ll really start to feel the pain. So, now is the time to plan. Now is the time to stock up and formulate a plan of action. Because food shortages beget rioting and looting and violence. Unless God intervenes the coming months will not be pretty. Which brings us to the MOST IMPORTANT POINT….IT IS TIME TO GET RIGHT WITH GOD. IT IS TIME TO DO WARFARE ON OUR KNEES. “For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.” (Ephesians 6:12-13)
