ALERT: From Hal Turner -Russia Changing Nuclear Policy to Allow “Preventive” First-Strike – Mentions US Bases in Europe and “Continental United States”

Russia is changing its public nuclear weapons Doctrine as a result of “aggressive” actions by the United States, United Kingdom, NATO et. al.  The new policy being developed now, will acknowledge the Untied States as a “Co-Belligerent” in the Ukraine war!…Ukraine is prepared to use British long-range missiles to strike the annexed peninsula of Crimea.

Beginning Thursday evening and continuing into Friday morning, Russia absolutely pounded Ukraine with military strikes across vast swaths of the country. City after city reported missile and drone strikes against many targets, primarily critical infrastructure such as electric power plants, sending many, MANY, areas of Ukraine into total darkness, and halting water service in many places as well.  The attacks were so ferocious it lead people to ask where is Ukraine’s air defenses? The response was telling: “Ukraine has almost no ammunition left, it runs out very quickly due to the intensity of the fighting” — was the answer offered by the Office of the President of Ukraine

  Germany has been “moving trainloads of “Marder” Infantry fighting vehicles, and “Leopard” tanks to Ukraine. Trainloads of this military armor are now being seen moving throughout Germany.”[i]

• From The Express: “Vladimir Putin sent a stern warning to the West after NATO allies agreed to aid Ukraine with armoured tanks…. Those who involve Germany in a new war with Russia, and even more, irresponsibly declare it as an accomplished fact, those who expect to win over Russia on the battlefield, probably do not understand that the modern war with Russia will be completely different for them. We do not send our tanks to their borders. But we have something to respond with, and the matter will not end with the use of armoured vehicles. Everyone should understand that.”[ii]

  The Commander in Chief of Ukraine’s military revealed to Pentagon sources that the Ukrainians have lost 257,000 dead so far.[iii]

• Reports are surfacing that Russia is massing a massive force in preparation for a giant offensive. The Alert above may have signaled the beginning of that offensive.  The Russian forces could include up to 500,000 troops, 1,800 tanks and 700 aircraft.[iv]
