I knew when I started writing and speaking about this subject that I would get pushback. And I did. Some was respectful questioning. And some, of course, will be mocking. ‘You’re a Conspiracy Theorist for writing about the facts!’ And perhaps I am, in one sense, a conspiracy theorist. I think it is more respectable than being a ‘Coincidence Theorist.’ (That term, compliments of Dave Hodges) Yes, Virginia, it’s true. I really believe that there are conspiracies in play right now. I’d be a fool not to.

Claim that U.S. government is spraying ‘toxic brew of chemicals’ from airplanes is a conspiracy
The article targets one type of weather modification; chemtrails. It goes on to explain: “So-called “chemtrails” are not real, according to atmospheric chemists and geochemists.”[i] Never mind that planes have been filmed spraying the clouds. And I’m not talking about single engine crop dusters. Planes have flown into tropical storms as they are forming. Pilots have come forward to testify. Patents have been taken out on numerous different weather control techniques and devices. International treaties have been signed regarding weather modification.
John Brennan, who served as FBI Director under Obama talked about it in 2015. William Cohen, President Clinton’s Secretary of Defense admitted in a speech that we could control the weather and create earthquakes. But if you even question their narrative of “Nothing to see here,” you are either labeled a moron or they are sure you own a banjo and keep a washing machine on your front porch.
But then there are those that seem to ask sincere questions and seek to understand what to many of us, seemed ridiculous just a few short years ago. One of my readers asked the question: “Why would our government deliberately cause such devastation and death? Why not cause rain to put out the wildfires? Which part of government is doing this?” It’s a legitimate question, yet one that telegraphs disbelief. I get it. Not long ago, I was there myself. So, of course, this writer disbelieves the premise. Before I share my answer, I want to relate some of the testimony given before Congress by Major Robert Fletcher. He was an Air Force meteorologist, who served at Tan Son Nhut Air Base in South Vietnam in 1971 and 1972. Testifying in 1995, he was asked by Senator Herbert Kohl about an interview he gave to the Associated Press. Senator Kohl asked him about a statement he had made. “Your saying the government has created weather tampering techniques so that the ‘New World Order’ will be able to starve millions of Americans and to control the rest.” Major Fletcher answered: “Yes sir, that’s my belief…. We have weather control techniques ….If you think that 85 tornadoes takes place in the middle of our growing area by some simultaneous accident, I’m sorry” Then he quoted Senator Claiborne Pell, saying “Weather Wars, are the greatest weapon ever created in the world.”[ii] It’s a shocking claim….And as it turns out a shocking reality….especially to those who have not followed – or bought into the notion that we are not the country of our founding.
That is a slap-you-in-the-head kind of answer. Either Major Fletcher is on to something – or he is bat-poop-crazy. The thing is, there is a preponderance of evidence that there is something to all of this….if people would just look at it. It’s like the Kennedy assassination. For so much time it was: Of course, Oswald was a crazed lone gunman who did it. Now it’s: The CIA was involved….OK, pass the beer nuts. But here is my answer – more or less – to the very real issues brought up by a reader.
The purpose of a system or an organization is what it does. Hang on to that thought. I think we start by looking at the evidence that it exists. Said evidence would include the hundreds of patents, the dozens of government programs, the Pentagon document seeking to own the weather by 2025…. Etc. Any consideration of motivations would be speculative. But we could ask some pertinent questions to ascertain possible motives. What has been happening around this time? For instance: Why was government money used to fund gain of function research that resulted in production of a dangerous virus? (Against government regulations, BTW.) Why was a dangerous vaccine foisted on the public, in many cases, mandated, especially when they knew from the pre-trial research that it was dangerous? Why are our borders wide open and millions of illegals allowed to enter the country without any serious attempt at vetting? Why was an economy created that has produced more jobs in the last few years for migrants then it has for native born Americans of all races and ethnicities?….(Those figures come from Labor Department statistics ). From these examples and more we can see a pattern. Remember, the purpose of a system is what it does. And we have seen what our system is doing. I’m certainly not suggesting that it is the entire US government that may be out to get us. One could attribute it to rogue elements, or Deep State, or Globalists or NEOCONS. You could take your pick or combine or mix and match. Draw up a Ven Diagram. There would probably be a lot of areas that would converge.
The one thing we can see is the pattern of destruction that certain policies have wrought. So, all I can do is present the evidence of its existence and its use. Weather Warfare, is possible, is likely – and makes sense for the Globalist cause which includes population reduction and unlimited migration. I just provide the evidence for what I see happening.
Back to the original question: “Why would our government deliberately cause such devastation and death? If we look at weather modification and so many other actions, including developments in the international sphere and put it up against the biblical prophetic template, we can easily come to the conclusion that we are on the doorstep, the on-ramp to the end times.
So, They Say It Doesn’t Exist
If they tell us it is not real – they are lying.
- In 2015, John Brennan was the Director of the CIA under Obama. He said this in a speech. “Another example is the array of technologies, often referred to collectively as geoengineering, that could potentially reverse the warming effects of global climate change. One that has gained by personal attention, is stratospheric aerosol injection or SAI, a method of seeing the stratosphere with particles that can help reflect the Sun’s heat, in much the same way that volcanic eruptions do. The technology’s potential to alter weather patterns and benefit certain regions or the world at the expense of other regions, could trigger sharp opposition by some nations.” He went on to make the point that, yeah, we have these technologies….But we don’t want to tell the public about them….Because it could spook them.
- Then there is this. By the 1970s there were international treaties in place forbidding weather modification during wartime. Those treaties wouldn’t be there if the technology didn’t exist.
- At one point, the Director of the HAARP program came on the Alex Jones program and said, yeah, we can control the weather – but don’t worry about it. We only use it for good purposes.
- Dane Wiggington explains some of the science. Doppler Radar can be used to steer the storms. “It has a repelling effect, that is extremely visible from the NEXRAD transmissions we are recording.”
- Wiggington documents how countries in Africa were the victims of Weather Warfare, cutting off precipitation until they had caved in to America’s demands.
- General Wesley Clark had talked about how after 911 he became aware of a plan to invade a number of countries in the Middle East. It is no coincidence that each of those nations suffered a once-in-a-thousand-year drought. One of those targeted nations, Iraq, stated on the floor of the UN that their rain was being systematically cut off. Wiggington said, that we are seeing “those exact same operations” cutting off rain to the American west.
These are crazy charges. But the weight of evidence points to the probability that they are true. And the American public is slowly waking up to this reality.[iii]
The NWO is both shoving this Weather Warfare phenomenon in our face – at the same time they are denying its’ existence.
