TEXAS CLOUD SEEDING – The July 4th flooding in Texas was catastrophic. As of this writing there are 134 confirmed dead. This included 27 young girl campers and counselors from the Christian Camp Mystic. An act of nature, of course. But was it? Word began to sneak out that a company called Rainmaker had seeded the clouds just days before. But of course, you can’t change the weather, right? In the wake of the Texas disaster, EPA head Lee Zeldin “created two websites to combat conspiracy theories around weather manipulation.” And yes, there is no such thing as chemtrails, only contrails and they don’t affect the weather. One of the websites declared, “The enthusiasm for experiments that would pump pollutants into the high atmosphere has set off alarm bells here at the Trump EPA, seeing headlines about private actors and even governments looking to blot out the sun in the name of stopping global warming — despite the federal government not attempting any small- or large-scale solar geoengineering.” And they told us that yeah, there is some cloud seeding – but that’s a state and local thing.[i]
Well, first of all, let’s start by talking a little about what we know about Weather Warfare, I first published this info back in October of 2024 Here’s just a bit of it, with a LINK to the original newsletter.
Here’s a bit of a timeline of some weather modification highlights of the last 80 years.
- 1947 – Project Cirrus, First Hurricane Cloud Seeding Experiment
- 1952-54 – The US Navy’s Project SCUD, Hurricane Modification
- 1961-69 – Meteotron Jet Engines Create Clouds and Tornadoes
1963 – Present – Plasma Seeding and Magnetospheric Modification Begins!- 1967 – 72 – Operation Popeye etc – Weather Control Over Viet Nam
- 1972 – Weather Modification Reporting Act –[They wouldn’t need to report on what wasn’t happening!]
- 1986 – Russian Cloud Seeding Prevents Chernobyl’s Radioactive Rains Reaching Moscow
- 1995-96 – [Air Force Document] – Weather as a Force Multiplier: Owning the Weather in 2025
- 1997 – Secretary of Defense William Cohen on Eco-Terrorism with Electromagnetic Waves

- 2010 – Stratospheric Particle Injection for Climate Engineering (SPICE)
- 2015 – CIA Concerned Rogue Geoengineering is Undetectable![ii]
You get the idea. Weather modification is real. And the potential of using it for nefarious military purposes is built into the technology. Listen to the words of then Vice President Lydon Johnson from a speech he gave at Southwest Texas State University. “It lays the predicate and foundation for the development of a weather satellite that will permit man to determine the world’s cloud layer and ultimately to control the weather; and he who controls the weather will control the world.”[iii]
Let’s look at some of the offerings on the US government’s NOAA website. NOAA stands for National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. They are a regulatory agency in charge of monitoring the oceans and the atmosphere. They have a very informative and interesting page that informs the public of what weather modification activities must be reported. Now, let’s look at this logically. If they are telling us that some activities need to be regulated – we can deduce from that that such activities are possible.
Now, what do we know about the Texas flooding in particular? Alan Barton wrote a piece for ANP. So much of our weather is determined in our ionosphere, by the Global Electric Circuit. [He goes into details – I won’t. But HERE’S THE LINK.] But following are some of the key points.
Scientists ae now capable of altering the global electrical circuit. “Our global electrical currents really are getting stronger and it is not all from our Suns input but from numerous other impacts generated by both man and nature here on our surface. When we are talking about weather modifications we must understand the global electric circuit to see what is happening.” Following is the “Weather Modification Project Report page that shows just three of the weather modification reports submitted to NOAA for the surrounding region of the Texas July 4th storm that killed so many victims.”
“Radiation: A Central Component of Weather Control”
Microwave radiation is utilized for weather experimentation and forecasting. Did you know radiation is a central component of weather control? At the heart of weather experimentation is NEXRAD, or NEXt-generation RADar and the transmission of microwave radiation pollution. The cell phone you hold in your hand and the cell phone towers it’s communicating with are transmitting and receiving microwave radiation.” Official documents show that Texas is the second ranked state in conducting weather modification operations, behind only California.
“MonkeyWerx videos have shown recent massive increases in weather mod aircraft over the storm areas hit by the deadly Texas floods just prior to that flooding along with so many other destructive storms the past few years of aircraft tracking. This is not some random effect, it was planned and the NexRad tower graphics prove it. Cloud seeding is the primary method utilized for this, and that is only a portion of the real contaminates added to our atmosphere in the quest for more rain. Well, officially for rain but we all know it also includes a reduction in sunlight hitting our planet.”
Here is a graph of the activity. “Please note the right hand area of the above SR graph, those markings that are below the normal natural range is MAN MADE and occurred a day before the Texas July 4th flooding. This is the result of possibly the HAARP array or perhaps the NexRad towers focusing their energies in the region. A “normal” graph is below for comparison (live feed capture on July 9th)”[iv]
All of this does not mean that the cloud seeding by Rainmaker caused the floods. But it does remind us again that the government lies. And it certainly could of enhanced the flooding.
EPSTEIN UPDATE – This is a story that will be with us for a while, despite President Trump’s wishing it away. There is a growing outcry to release all the files relating to Epstein. Pam Bondi’s DOJ claims there is NO CLIENT LIST and nothing more will be released. The President indicated it will be up to the AG to decide whether she wants to release any more information. Epstein’s former lawyer, Alan Dershowitz, tells us that it is two New York judges that are suppressing information in order to protect the victims. He says there is no “client list.” But there are names – and he claims to know them. “There are several of them from accusers that accuse Jeffrey — that accuse various people of having improper sex, and that has been redacted, the names of the people accused have been blacked out. Now, of course, because I was lawyer and I did all the investigations, I know who all these people are.” So according to Dershowitz, there is no client list…. But there are names. He tells us some are still in office, some retired and some gone.[v] [So, I guess there really is a list!] Ghislaine Maxwell, has reportedly offered to testify before Congress and give the names up. Bur they say there is no list. Yet, the government had to raid its’ own FBI office in New York to seize massive amounts of said evidence! Mmmmm! Just months ago, AG Pam Bondi claimed well over 200 Epstein victims….Yet now there is nothing to see. No justice for the victims.
Martin Armstrong laid it out like this. “Jeffrey Epstein carried out the most successful, deeply rooted blackmail operation in modern history. US intelligence agencies suddenly pivoted to say that Jeffrey Epstein never kept a client list, did not blackmail political figures, and was not murdered. Epstein’s case has been deemed a conspiracy by the deep state, but the truth of the matter is that his connection runs so deeply that unveiling the plethora of information he kept could topple governments…. The blackmail he compiled on countless elites is now in the hands of the US government….. The FBI and CIA have been sitting on a mountain of evidence for years. Not a single person, besides Ghislaine Maxwell, has been arrested or prosecuted. Maxwell is serving a 20-year sentence for trafficking children to no one? We know of numerous high-profile members of Epstein’s inner circle already but they have neither been canceled or investigated. The government began deliberately releasing information incrementally to distract the public from bigger issues. These news stories reach every outlet GLOBALLY, but nothing ever comes of it.”[vi]
I loved a couple of headlines from the BABYLON BEE on this subject. “FBI Investigation Shows Epstein List Shredded Itself.” “After a thorough 3-minute investigation, the FBI announced that the highly anticipated Epstein list had shredded itself.” “Man Who Vowed To Release Epstein Files Berates Idiots For Believing There Are Epstein Files.”
THE PASSING OF JOHN MACARTHUR – As you know, the prominent Pastor John MacArthur passed away this last week. From Christianity Today: “Expository preacher John F. MacArthur Jr., who taught Scripture to millions through taped sermons, radio broadcasts, Bible commentaries, and a best-selling study Bible, died Monday at the age of 86. MacArthur said the most important mark of his ministry was that he explained the Bible with the Bible.” Some may disagree with some of his positions, but none can deny that he was a tireless worker for the Gospel and biblical literacy. But I couldn’t help but notice the BABYLON BEE’S take. Here’s is their headline – and some of their story.
