It is a hard thing to take in. This is in Dallas, Texas, America! As Soros-funded protesters hit the streets and the airports around the US to protest President Trump’s temporary immigration ban, a large number of Muslims understandably took part. And in the Dallas / Fort Worth Airport, hundreds showed up, not just to protest, but also to pray. At one point last Sunday, there was a loud Arab call to prayer, and hundreds hit their knees, their faces to the ground. Many were chanting ‘Allah’ during the course of the demonstration. [The shot below doesn’t do it justice. There were literally several hundred more in the video version.] As the Gateway Pundit rightly noted: “This is how Muslims show their dominance in a country that they are seeking to takeover. Would any Islamic country allow Christians or Jews to gather in an airport and demonstrate like this?”[i]
Now many will say ‘That’s crazy talk. Muslims are not trying to take over the United States.’ But they would be wrong. To understand why this is so let’s cover just a bit of history. The Muslim Brotherhood was founded in 1928 in Egypt. They evolved over time into a terror supporting organization. During WWII they fought on the side of the Nazis and were implicated in war crimes. They’ve been known for supporting terror in the modern era. The Brotherhood is connected to Hamas and to the Council on American Islamic Relations or CAIR. During the 2008 Holyland Terror trial offical documents of one of its leaders were introduced into evidence. The documents make clear that they were planning the engagement of something they were calling a ‘Civilization Jihad.’ This concept was explained further on in the document. “The process of settlement is a ‘Civilization-Jihadist Process’ with all the word means. The Ikhwan [Muslim Brotherhood] must understand that their work in America is a kind of grand jihad in eliminating and destroying the Western civilization from within and ‘sabotaging’ its miserable house by their hands and the hands of the believers.”[ii] Now though many deny this, some, like former GOP presidential nominee contender Barbara Bachman see it very clearly. Early in 2016 was warning of the tactic of ‘Civilization Jihad.’ The immigrant invasion of Europe that was taking place primarily consisted of militart age men, with few women and children to be seen in some groups. They swarmed the European countrryside breaking all cultrural restraints and flooding the systems set in place to handle them. “What we need to realize is the more [Islamists] that come in, the more they act upon their religious convictions and their stated religious convictions. The imams from the original countries that they come from, they recruit and send these guys to come in and to bring about this destruction. Right now in Europe it’s called a ‘rape culture’ that’s coming into Sweden and Germany and all across Europe for the specific purpose of Islamizing these countries, and they are falling.”[iii] I agree with her conclusion. We did see and chronicle an explosion of rapes across the continent and documneted the silent cooperation of government entities in hiding the fact that it was an overwhelmingly Muslm-generated phenomenon. This immigrant invasion is purposeful and it is intended to conquer the (formerly) Christian West. This is confirmed by the teachng of one of Islam’s most prominent scholars, Yusuf al-Qaradawi, who has a following of about 60 million viewers on al-Jazeera TV. He once told an audience: “We will conquer Europe, we will conquer America! Not through the sword, but through dawa [outreach].” And the beginning of that Dawa – that call for conversion – is accomplished through the gradual introduction of sharia law; with its polygamy and wife beating, its chopping off of hands for theft, and its executions of apostates and homosexuals.[iv] You know, all of those accoutrements of the ‘Religion of Peace’! And sadly, Europe is cooperating in its own destruction by preparing the way for them.
Two things are happening in that respect. Over the past several decades Europe has become decidedly post-Christian, falling away from the faith of their fathers. And secondly, while native European birth rates have plunged and abortion has taken its bloody toll on replacing the population. [In Europe as a whole a about 30% of pregnancies end in abortion.[v]] Muslims in Europe have been reproducing at an astronomical rate. Going back about a decade, the Muslim birth rate in Europe was about 3 times that of the ethnic Europeans.[vi] Match those two trends – and add in the continued and increasing migration – and one can see that there will come a date in the not too distant future when Europe will stop being….European. Served by an anemic birth rate, the indigenous European population is shrinking and being replaced by one that is increasingly Muslim. At the very minimum: Demographers tell us that a society must maintain at least 1.3 births per couple in order for that society to survive. In Greece the number is just below that minimum figure. In Spain the number is 1.1, in Italy it’s 1.2.[vii] In contrast Muslim families in Europe are producing lots of babies. And its starting to change the whole demographic of the Continent.
But as dangerous as those trends are to Western / European culture, perhaps the falling away from faith – with it the Judeo-Christian foundations of civilization – is even more challenging. Here are some of the numbers. In the UK, only about 1.4% of the population now attends Anglican services. Germany, the land of Luther, reports that 52% of the population reject the notion of God and only 8% are firm in their belief that there is a God. In Estonia, only about 18% of the people believe God exists.[viii] A Gallup poll taken at the turn of this century revealed that church attendance was down to about 20% in Western Europe, and about 14% in the old Communist Bloc. It is less now. That compares with about 47% in North America and 82% in West Africa. Europe has embraced its post-Christian present. Gone are its traditional historical values that for so long defined its soul. The Continent that saw the triumph of Luther and the Reformation and experienced waves of revival under Wesley, now sees the belated triumph of the godlessness of the French Revolution. Across much of the continent, Churches are empty. Surveys have put regular attendance in the range of 10% to 20% of the overall population on the Continent as a whole,[ix] with less than 5% attending services in the U.K. on any given Sunday. But it gets worse. In France only about 17% of the population even express an “interest’ in religion.
All of this of course has its inevitable effect. Daniel Pipes points out that the great national cultures of Europe are being replaced by a “transnational Muslim identity.”[x] This new culture is buttressed by a robust birth rate, continuing immigration, a strong Islamic subculture and a general sense of European apathy with regard to maintaining ties to its historic past. According to Amir Taheri, should current trends continue, in the not too distant future, a “new and expanded version of the old Roman Empire will have a total population of around 800 million of which some 250 million would be Muslims.”[xi] Europe has abandoned its culture and now some there are struggling desperately to get it back. But it is becoming increasingly difficult. In fact in many places it is illegal to even criticize Islam.
A Finish politician was fined 450 euros for writing that Islam produced a “culture and law based on a violent, intolerant and oppressive religion.” In the Netherlands, a state funded organization administered by “by the anti-discrimination bureau MiND, said that it could not act on a complaint about death threats against homosexuals posted to an online forum, in which the Muslim poster called for homosexuals to be ‘burned, decapitated and slaughtered.’” The reason: the poster was Muslim and from reading the Quran, “some Muslims understand from the Quran that gays should be killed.” That fact is what “removes the offending character” of the post. At the same time, Dutch politician Geert Wilders is being prosecuted for advocating that there should be “fewer Moroccans” in Dutch society.[xii] I am happy to report however that the Dutch people seem to be finally getting it as Wilders populist party was holding a 9% point lead in a poll taken near the end of January – over the more migrant-friendly ruling party in upcoming elections.[xiii]
Someone who is decidedly NOT getting it is Pope Francis. Or perhaps, he does get it and it is part of his plan. In a most symbolic act, the Pontiff washed and kissed the feet of Christian, Muslim and Hindu refugees last year. But it was what was said that accompanied the washing that should really begin to raise questions about the depth of understanding the Pope has for the foundational doctrines of the Christian Faith. In his homily, he declared. “We have different cultures and religions, but we are brothers and we want to live in peace. All of us, together: Muslims, Hindi, Catholics, Copts, Evangelicals. But brothers, children of the same God.” And that’s exactly where he got it wrong. It seems a beautiful gesture toward peace – but it is sadly misguided and his remarks strayed from Christian doctrine and biblical truth. First of all, it was modeled on an act of Jesus, when He washed the feet of His disciples. But these were the twelve. These were believers who professed a belief in Jesus as Messiah. Now when Jesus got to Peter: “Peter said to Him, ‘Never shall You wash my feet!’ Jesus answered him, ‘If I do not wash you, you have no part with Me.’ Simon Peter *said to Him, ‘Lord, then wash not only my feet, but also my hands and my head.’ Jesus said to him, ‘He who has bathed needs only to wash his feet, but is completely clean; and you are clean, but not all of you.’” (John 13:8-10) (NASB) This was a cleansing for those who were already cleansed through faith.[xiv] So to include non-believers is outside the boundaries of faith. Because faith is required to gain access to the Father. This is not just an intellectual belief in Jesus’ existence – but the act of placing our full faith and trust in Christ to save us from our sins and an affirmation that he is the only way to God. And then there is this whole “children of the same God’ thing. John 1:12-13 defines for us just who qualifies to be called a child of God. “But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, even to those who believe in His name, who were born, not of blood nor of the will of the flesh nor of the will of man, but of God.” (NASB)
But while his positions may stray from Christian doctrine, they are right in line with the views that would promote a religious unity based upon pluralism. Francis has long been a supporter of Muslim immigration to Europe and integration into the fabric of society there. He celebrated the election of Sadiq Khan as the first Islamic Mayor of London. He hinted that Europe’s Islamophobia was partly responsible for terror attacks there. And while admitting that “the idea of conquest is inherent in the soul of Islam,” he equated the concept to Jesus sending out the disciples to all nations.[xv] [Of course that misses two important points. 1) Truth based in exclusivity: If Jesus is the only way (John 14:6), then we must share that Truth to all who will accept it. 2) Methodology: Christianity was not to be spread by the sword – or terror – or compulsion.] And throughout the past year or so, Pope Francis has continued to champion mass migration to the West. In one speech he said: “I dream of a Europe where being a migrant is not a crime, but a summons to a greater commitment on behalf of the dignity of every human being.”[xvi] And the rapes perpetrated by Muslim immigrants continue to rise. And there are more beatings, more riots, more assaults, more terror attacks, expanding ‘no-go zones’ where even police fear to tread. “German Police Union President Rainer Wendt, told the establishment-minded Der Spiegel much the same thing. ‘In Berlin or in the north of Duisburg there are neighborhoods where colleagues hardly dare to stop a car — because they know that they’ll be surrounded by 40 or 50 men.’”[xvii] And the Christian faith is further watered down. Perhaps we need to recruit more missionaries to send to once-Christian France, and Belgium and England.
However not the entire Catholic hierarchy is blind to the realities on the ground. The Pontiff is starting to get some serious push-back from the higher-end of the Church’s leadership. One Cardinal, Raymond Burke, told the Italian Il Giornale: “It is clear that Muslims have an ultimate goal: conquering the world…Islam, through the sharia, their law…allows violence against the infidels, such as Christians…. The population is changing. If this keeps up, in countries such as Italy, the majority will be Muslim (…) Islam realizes itself in the conquest. And what is the most important achievement? Rome.” Then there is Laszlo Kiss Rigo, an important Hungarian Catholic leader recognizes the obvious. “They are not refugees, this is an invasion, they come here with cries of ‘Allahu Akbar’, they want to take over.” The French magazine Valeurs Actuelles perhaps summed it up. “Islam has every chance massively to strengthen its presence in Europe with the blessing of the Church…. the Church is not only leading Europe to an impasse, it is also shooting itself in the foot.”[xviii]
